Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be fully satisfied with your stone. To ensure eligibility for a return, please follow the steps below carefully. Failure to follow these instructions will void the return policy.
Step One: Upon Receiving Your Stone
Your parcel will include an instruction card — please read this thoroughly before handling the item.
Inspect the stone carefully while it remains inside the sealed casing.
Do NOT open or break the seal.
If you have any questions or concerns, contact us immediately via our Contact Page or email.
Step Two: If You’re Dissatisfied
You may inspect the stone only through the casing.
If you are unhappy with the stone and require a closer inspection, you must contact us first — either by email or through our website — before breaking the seal.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided:
The seal is unbroken.
The stone is returned in its original condition.
All care and return instructions have been followed.
The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
Step Three: Returning the Stone
Use Australia Post Express with tracking to return your item.
Shipping insurance is required for the full value of the stone. This must be purchased at your own expense.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns that are not insured.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
