When you receive your beautiful item an instruction card will be placed inside your parcel please read this carefully.

Step 1: Inspect stone in casing. DO NOT open or break seal.

Step 2: If you are dissatisfied with the item and need further inspection, please reach out via email or the website before breaking the seal.

Returns will be accepted within 3 days of receiving the stone if the care instructions are followed for a full refund. Buyer’s expense to return.

Please use Australia Post Express with tracking when shipping.

We require you to add shipping insurance onto the postage at your own expense for the price of the stone you received.
